<p>However, there is not many companies which managed to secure financing from commercial banks.</p>

<p>1) The technology is too new or unproven in Malaysia</p>
<p>2) The promoter or the company directors have not operated in similar business before</p>
<p>3) The company cannot pledge in fixed deposit as security which is as high as 40% of the total loan amount.</p>
